3. Why we use this information
- To answer enquiries, prepare a quote and take steps requested before entering a contract.
- To provide, support and deliver the agreed website service.
- To process and document payments, refunds and project handover.
- To protect the website, prevent abuse and maintain reliable service.
- With consent, to understand site performance and measure advertising results.
- To comply with applicable accounting, tax and legal obligations.
The legal bases may include steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent for optional tracking, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Service providers
Information is shared only when needed to run the service. Providers may include Hostinger for website hosting and email infrastructure, Revolut for payment processing, Telegram when you choose to contact AnySite there, and Google for analytics and advertising after the applicable consent.
Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using recognised transfer safeguards where required.
6. Retention
Enquiry information is normally kept for up to 24 months so conversations can be followed up. Active project information is kept for the duration of the project and a reasonable support period. Contract, payment and transaction records are kept for the period required by applicable law. Data may be deleted earlier when it is no longer needed and no legal obligation requires retention.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Send requests to order@anysite.website. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed. You may also lodge a complaint with Poland's Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or your local supervisory authority.
8. Security and children
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. AnySite services are intended for adults acting for a business or professional activity and are not directed to children.
9. Updates
This policy may be updated when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
This policy is intended to provide clear operational information and does not replace advice from a qualified lawyer for your specific circumstances.
