Terms & Refunds

Clear working terms for website strategy, copy, design, development, payment and handover.

Effective date: October 6, 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to website services provided by Viktar Pikulik, operating the AnySite independent web-design service from Poland (“AnySite”, “I” or “me”). By paying a deposit, paying an eligible promotional package in full or approving a written project scope, you agree to these terms.

Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country are not excluded or limited by these terms.

2. Scope and timing

The agreed scope, price, pages, features and delivery estimate are confirmed in writing before substantial work begins. Published package descriptions are a starting point; the written project confirmation controls if details differ.

Delivery time begins after the required payment is received and the information reasonably needed to start has been supplied. Delays in feedback, content or access may move the delivery date. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised price and schedule.

3. Payment process

  • A 50% deposit reserves the project and authorises work to begin.
  • A clearly identified time-limited promotional package may instead require full payment to secure its promotional price. The offer page and checkout state the applicable price and validity period.
  • The completed website is shown through a preview link for review.
  • The remaining 50% is due after approval and before domain connection, final file delivery or handover.
  • Payments may be processed by Revolut. Available payment methods and processing terms are displayed by Revolut at checkout.
  • Domain registration, hosting, premium licences and third-party subscriptions are separate unless expressly included in writing.

4. Revisions and approval

Packages include the number of revision rounds shown in the accepted scope, normally two. A revision round is one consolidated list of reasonable changes to the agreed work. New pages, a new direction, additional functionality or changes requested after approval may be quoted separately.

Approval may be given by email, Telegram or another written channel used for the project. Approval confirms that the client has reviewed the design, text, links and key functionality.

5. First-draft money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the initial first draft, you may reject it before approving the design direction, requesting launch or receiving the final files. AnySite will refund the amount paid for the eligible project, including a fully prepaid promotional package.

The guarantee does not apply after the first draft has been approved, after the site has been connected to your domain, or after complete source files have been handed over. Third-party costs already purchased with your approval are not refundable. This does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights.

6. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback and necessary access. You confirm that you have permission to use any names, text, photographs, trademarks or other materials you provide. You are responsible for reviewing factual, regulatory and industry-specific claims before launch.

7. Ownership and portfolio use

After full payment, you own the custom final website files and custom content created for the project, subject to third-party licences. AnySite retains ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable code, methods, general know-how and unused concepts.

Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, AnySite may display the completed public website in its portfolio and describe the services provided. Confidential information will not be published.

8. Hosting, domains and third parties

Where practical, domains and hosting remain in the client's own account. AnySite is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes or failures caused by hosting companies, registrars, payment processors, advertising platforms or other third-party services.

9. Warranty and liability

AnySite will provide the service with reasonable care and correct reported defects within the agreed scope. No specific ranking, advertising performance, sales volume or uninterrupted third-party service is guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, AnySite is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. AnySite's aggregate liability relating to a project will not exceed the amount paid for that project. Nothing limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Cancellation and inactivity

You may cancel by writing to order@anysite.website. Refund eligibility is determined by the first-draft guarantee above and applicable law. If a client stops responding for more than 30 days, the project may be paused and a new delivery date agreed before work resumes.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without removing any mandatory protections that apply to a consumer in another jurisdiction. The parties will first try to resolve disputes directly and in good faith.
